About our Store:

  • In short the Official SparkMC Store will change as time goes by and as the server grows, some things like ranks will certainly recieve upgrades, Limited Edition Tags will always be a subject to change as Seasons go by on the Factions server, some tags will remain but there will always be new ones as time goes by!


  • Aswell the prices are a subject to change, with the possible price lowering when some holidays happen, like xmas, new years, easter, halloween, etc. Or when major changes on the server happen so to give players a specific percentage off on certain store items and the possibility of getting free store items when using our Store Coupons!

Confirming Purchases:

  • When purchasing from our SparkMC Store you are required to confirm your purchases in-game. While waiting for your purchase on our server you will recieve a pop-up message that a package has been recieved. Doing /Confirm will open a menu where you will see all the items available to claim. You will be given two choices:

✔ By accepting a specific package you will be liable for that purchase, if the package is Chargebacked, this will lead to a ban from our server even if the payment was not done by you.

✖ By denying a specific package you will not recieve any of the items purchased and will not be liable for that package and no punishments will occur.


Please be Cautious:

  • Please be sure that the username you entered is correct when you purchase any ranks/perks/items
  • If you are purchasing items, please make sure you have enough inventory space as some items DO NOT stack. (ex. 10xCelestial Scrolls)
  • It is recommended for you to be online at the time of your purchase but not necessary

Privacy:

  • Any personal information that has been used when purchasing from our SparkMC Store will remain private. We do not sell or redistribute the information given to anyone.

About Our Refund / Chargeback Policy:

  • We will point it out here and on our Official SparkMC Discord in the rules section, chargebacks/refunds without a valid reason will lead to a permanent ban from the SparkMC server, this could be avoided if you are following the information below. 
  • You will be given multiple warnings before purchasing anything from our store, to prevent any accidental unwanted purchases, even IF an accidental purchase is made you may contact the server staff, on the day you purchased, by creating a ticket on our discord here to fix the issue.
  • If the ticket was created weeks after the "accidental" purchase the ticket will get ignored/closed, you are fully liable for all the purchases and no refund will be recieved.


  • In order to recieve a proper refund, we advise you to open a ticket on our Official SparkMC Discord to get it resolved as quickly as possible, the terms in order to be eligible for a refund are: 
  1. A receipt of your purchase on the item you wish to be refunded,
  2. A valid reason to give when requesting a refund,
  3. The purchase must not be older then 14 days,
  4. The player did not log in on the server nor claimed the goods in-game.
